Yeah it should come out great not done with the measuring but the wall is only 65 inches across so thats about three base cabinets if it was 68 it would be alot easier to buy

65" across the sink? are you allow to tear the wall or the wall will be on the hallway. is this a one bedroom apt? how much square footage is it? very curious. it looks like a studio kitchen?

when you move into an ML you usually have to buy your own appliances unless the previous tenant left them behind (and the porters from the building didn't take them and sell them lol). Did you have to buy a new fridge/stove? If so how much did you spend on this if you don't mind me asking?

Hi all, so happy to have found this post. Thanks for all the insight on Masaryk. I am on the 1 bed list, my # is in the low 90s'. We are lucky our #s got pulled. Does anyone know how the income limits work? If there are 2 wage earners do they deduct 20k from the total gross? i know some buildings do that not sure about this one. TY

@Litliz

Glad you enjoy the thread we have kept it up for a long time and have become a community. I moved in earlier this year. In my case I was within the income limit. You can read the Hud Mitchell lama Handbook (I think someone or even myself posted a link to it). I do know they apply the surcharge.

Hope that helps
