hello everyone,

Yes, I called again to find out the lot number for studio and one bedroom. She told me that she made an error by giving me the wrong lot# last month. Now, They are up to following lot#.

Studio is 479
One Bedroom is 27

hello everyone,

I recall sometime ago there was talks regarding Masaryk going private and turning into regular coops. Does any current residents know if there's any movement on that?

Thanks

That was just a rumor. I think that the property is in the program until 2052 or 2062

Thank you Wanting_to_move. I received the paperwork yesterday and in the middle of filling them out. More fees for the background and home visit.

We can check the status of the wait list on Housing Connect now! Although, it says on the site that they are up to #17 for a one bedroom, but NYCDANIEL's update above says #27, so perhaps Housing Connect is not 100% up to date, or maybe those between #17 and #27 who were called haven't moved in yet?

I am getting anxious that by the time they call me my income will be just over the limit but I am trying to keep the faith.
