Even with depressed prices across America's real estate market, many first time home buyers and investors are in a position to purchase properties that will rise in value over the long term. But since real estate is local and every market is different, it turns out that some places are significantly better than others.

Not surprised, as the area's unemployment rate is lower than many would think it is(6.9%) and the housing is affordable. There are good schools in the area that range in size as well. Hopefully, the area can build off of this good news.
