Its been getting worse for years I used to live downtown it could be compared to brooklyn I now live in the first ward and since a couple months ago ive been seeing groups of men standing in the road wearing all red so yeah theyve been here ( i believe they were invovled in the stabbing at kennedys on main st)and binghamtons crime seems to be getting out of control I also heard gunshots down the street a wek or so ago a lot of crime is also not reported so imagine if it was ppl would run away as fast as possible

I'm not surprised, as Binghamton is in a location where people from other major cities have met at for years. Luckily, they were caught.....

Also, I wouldn't say that Binghamton is the Wild West or anything like that. Hopefully, things will "chill out" soon.

it is Binghamton not Binghampton and it is a college town but also has some crime isues

When you throw the "garbage " out of NYC, it's going to land in someones yard...I.e....binghamton....Kingston .......newburgh.
In other words upstate NY towns are paying the price for our crime reduction ..........sorry!
