Woodbury Junction has not opened up the all age part of the community yet, however they do have some pricing available, and will probably pre-sell you a home, but if you need to get into something now, maybe you should consider renting in order to see all of your options from a local stand point. I know of quite a few homes that are for sale in both Goshen and in the Monroe-Woodbury area. For a brand new construction, you could probably get a real good deal if the home is already built.

My wife and I took a trip to see Woodbury Junction 3 weeks ago and really like the development. It is a gated community and is now open to all ages + 55 and over age.

I saw a model home and it looked very nice. Prices are $379K and up for the all age. It took us exactly one hour from NYC to get up there and the same time coming back.

I forgot to ask how much taxes would be.
