A cul-de-sac lot of land I like has a 20ft x 30ft snow collection easement on it (a tiny part of this easement falls into neighboring lot). Do you think I should avoid this lot? Does it affect resale value in future? There are no other easements on this property. Another choice is a different cul-de-sac lot, but it has five neighbors - don't know which of these lots are preferable.
