The food quality is quite good and compared to the quaint but gritty looking community of Canajoharie the reworked interior of Church & Main is a stark contrast and unexpected. It has more a trendy look of a Chicago eatery then something in a quiet factory town.
I would strongly suggest before someone jaunts off to call there first to get an idea of the menu and of course make reservations. I found their menu to be very narrow in the offerings - either you like it or you won't.
Price wise it is not cheap and I wasn't prepared for the somewhat sticker shock when I first saw the menu. Maybe not as high as the exceedingly well renouned
Horned Dorset in Leonardsville - about 45 minutes SE from Cazenovia if you're going towards say Richfield Springs - but that restaurant is in a league of its own for French cuisine.
