We are thinking of moving to suffern to raise our family. Good schools are very important to us as we have 3 young children. I know suffern has good schools now and a train for my husband to commute to nyc. I have read how the East Ramapo schools have suffered due to a high concentration of hassidic council members controlling votes, etc. I am worried about this happening in Suffern. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't worry about it. They don't have their hands in Ramapo School District. East Ramapo is the one to worry about.
