Question Piermont NY
Can someone tell me about the area.
Is it a safe area?
Which are the good areas/bad areas?
What are the names of some of the surrounding towns?
What does an average house go for?
Are there parks?
Recreation?
Any info would be great. Thanks

I am a real estate agent here in Rockland County, which is where Piermont is
It is a lovely town right on the Hudson, great schools, beautiful homes which many are pricey Moderator cut: realtor soliciting .... Which are Nyack, Grandview, Sparkill, Tappan I lived here for over 28yrs, moved here from the Bronx The public schools are great Let me know and good luck
