Red face I want to move to New York...

Hello everyone! I am making the decision of moving to a specific city of New York that will match what I am searching for.
I have narrowed my list of cities doen to Syracuse and Albany.
Which city do you think is better regarding:
1. Schools
2. Autism programs
3. Jobs available and low unemployment rate
4. Not too expensive
5. Nice people
6. Not too crowded
8. Good weather
9. Nice scenery
10.Affordable houses.
11. Good income
12. A city that has fun things to do, like going to parks, malls, etc

Thank you for your help!

When you say city, are you specifically looking at the city proper or area? I know that Syracuse is good in regards to #2. Check out the information on this website: Jowonio School

Most of the other things are close except that: the Syracuse area averages more snow, Albany's metro unemployment rate is a little bit lower, the Syracuse area is more affordable and the metro is a little bit smaller in population. You couldn't go wrong with either one. Here's information you might like: Central New York Jobs
