So I will be moving to Plattsburgh soon and I want to get a cell phone. What is the best plan? I will not leave Plattsburgh often. I might go to Malone every now and then and I want a cell phone that really works. What plan do you have? Does it work considering the weather their is horrible. I used to live their. Its crazy in the wintertime.
