Moving to Upstate New York..
Hi I'm thinking about moving upstate with my disable daughters sometime next year...I'm not sure where...but I don't want to be to far from the city also where housing isn't that expensive, next to hospitals,school and in a good neigborhood. Does anyone have any information?
