Default bills for Accord NY area

Hi i'm about to purchase a small cottage in the Accord, Kerhonkson area of NY. Its small around 500-600 Sq feet. The heating is oil for the base board heating. both rooms have digital thermostats for regulating the heat. I'm trying to get a cost of how much I could expect for my monthly heating bill and then my monthly electric. I know this depends on him much heat I use and how well the place is insulated. So let me start by saying its well insulated and probably between 60-80 in cold nights, and then one to 2 small window air conditioning units in the summer months.

Anyone got a good idea on approximately how much both these bills would cost a month.

Thanks
