I just looked at 3 homes in Treadwell. It is a very nice little place. I'd like to go there.

We just began paperwork for a cute Cape Cod home in Treadwell, which is near Franklin, NY. The school my daughter will attend is in Delhi, which has some racial integration. Treadwell is close to both Delhi and Oneonta, which is nice. The house is so cute, and the price is well within budget. Now, to focus on selling this NYC Co-op!
