Wondering what it's like up at Woodstock and surrounding area : house prices, cultural events, school districts, jobs, etc.

Carmengreenmarcos is on a distinguished road
woodstock is great area. taxes r kind of high, but lower than Long island. school district is great. jobs are tricky because is touristy town, so most work is during the summer time. there are lots of restaurants, and most people work in surrounding towns. Event wise, there is the film festival which has become an annual event, there are also lots of events in neighboring towns such as garlic festival in Saugerties (20 min away) also Rennaisance Fair is another annual event.
