Moving to or near Wappinger Falls (Fishkill, Beacon: rentals, house, taxes)

not sure if I can post this but I figure a moderator will boot me off if necessary.

If anyone knows of a house that will be going on the market, we're looking for:
gas heat
taxes <7500
2000-3000 sq ft
under $300k if it needs updates
about $350k if updates are done
3 bedroom
2 bath minimum

preferable:
with a/c, no pool, no jacuzzi, with 200amp, wooded lot, or view

also looking for a rental beginning June 1 in the area... not sure for how long

Lower Dutchess County is nice. Wappingers is a fine place to look, along with the surrounding communities of Fishkill and Beacon. None of your requirements are unattainable.
