Hi outdoorchemist, sorry for the late reply, busy with packing. We found a cute little house for rent near Cornell and YES, indeed I'm soooooo happy to leave this TX heat behind Anyway, have a good time in Dallas, you might discover some interesting niches, I did. And if you need any tips for your time in Ithaca, just drop a note here! See ya.
