No There are things that are going on that many may not be aware of and even with the projections, those can change within a short time in the way population estimates were off in terms of losses and gains between 2000-2010. My point all along is that whether an area is booming, busting or in between, getting a job is an individual matter and can occur anywhere. It really comes down to things like networking, skills, education and even if the company says "Yes", among other factors.
