Default Ithaca Real Estate Prices
Can anyone give me an idea of the price of real estate in Ithaca? What can $125,000-$135,000 buy?

check out The Ithaca Journal - www.theithacajournal.com - Ithaca, NY, under real estate.

In the city, not way too much. A small house at best. In the towns within 10-20 minutes drive of Ithaca, probably a medium-sized ranch house or bungalow. Prices can be rather high in the city itself (ave. about $179,000), but the towns surrounding Ithaca can be cosiderably cheaper.
