I have not been a resident of NY since 1976, but do follow the issues and people elected into office. One sure thing about NY is that over the past three decades the voters have sure put some characters into office there from time to time to include Clinton. I guess it's also no wonder that NY as a state holds the distinction of being the only state since 1976 to have more people move out than move in each and every year since then.

Hillary's just another pandering politician, no better, now worse. She doesn't have the courage of her convictions because she doesn't have any convictions. In other words a typical politician. If it comes down to her or Rudy I'll vote for her holding my nose because I've seen how der Fuhrer Rudy (Bush with brains) operated as mayor.

The bext thing Ms. Clinton will do for New York is be elected to the White House in 2008.

You see, up until now our nation has only been able to elect a president from only about 25% of the U.S. population. Next year after Ms. Clinton wins the White House, any non-dark-skinned person from either gender will be able finally to run. If she could convince Mr. Obama to serve with her, we might actually finally have the opportunity to chose a President from 100% of our population.

This country is in such terrible shape after decades of Conservative manipulation we really need a radical change in the way we select our leadership. We've been rocketing down hill in this country since that idiot "President Ray-Gun" held the office. For all the so-called high minded ideals of the Goldwater conservative movement, all we have managed to get out of the conservatives is a meaner, harder, indifferent political leadership --- crushing deficits, falling currency value and a world that would like to see us gone today.

All of you Hillary haters out there should kiss her butt for helping to hold your party together for this long. You may not like her, but she has motivated this country and done much more than any of you complainers out there.

The conservative movement promised to eliminate public debt, reduce the crushing size of government and to get people responsible for themselves. Let's not forget my personal favorites, "Supply Side Economics" and "No Child Left Standing"

People, if we do what we're doing, we'll get exactly what we're gettin'. So you tell me how much worse Hillary will be for New York or the U.S.

I'm frankly tired of watching the wealthy get everything while everyone else pays the bill. I'm tired of a government that spies on our own citizens, simply because it can. I'm tired of conservatives spending my childrens future so they can have an upscale life. I'm tired of watching my bank account increase while it's buying value declines. I'm tired of having to worry constantly about health care, retirement, crime, war (on drugs, on terrorism, on poverty, on etc I'm tired of conservative political leaders never accomplishing anything.

Ms. Clinton has done more for New York than you can ever realize. The other idiot senator from NY has managed little more than to get his name in the newspaper. I'll take Ms. Clinton anyday.

Just remember all you conservative types out there, "It's still the economy, stupid!"

Ms. Clinton understands that fact. How about you?

Uncle Rudy turned NYC into a great big shopping mall. It has not character anymore and is as sterile and boring as most conservatives.

Frankly, the only reason the conservatives are at all interested in Uncle Rudy is that they have the deluded hope he might be able to defeat a Clinton campaign. If it weren't for the sorry group of Republican candidates, Rudy wouldn't even get a second look from most conservatives. The problem is that conservatives just hate Ms. Clinton and will do anything, and I do mean anything; to keep her from higher office.

I was born and raised in NYC and I hate what it has become. NYC is a festering cesspool. I want to vomit everyday I'm in the city. You have to dig through a mound of garbage just to hope to get to the art and culture that is there. The government is trying toi turn NYC into a concentration camp. All the crime and other problems are swept under the rug dailyand they have been since Uncle Rudy was in office.

Do you know how NYC lowered its crime rate? They downcode arrests to make it look like lesser crimes are being committed. They been doing this since Uncle Rudy held office.

If by some miracle Rudy could be elected to our highest office, God help our nation. Rudy is way out of his league and incapable of accomplishing anything constructive for this nation. His ego won't let him.

Despite his fine work around 9/11, he is a bully, prideful and self-absorbed. I for one am sorry he was in office on 9/11. He is using those people and it just makes me sick.

a very private person, what exactly did she do for the state of New York? A saw a bunch of empty rhetoric but no real examples. She has not done anything for this state. I'm still waiting for all of those jobs she promised. I could care less which party a person represents or point fingers at one side. Right wing, left wing, liberal, conservative;they are all the same. No one side has done more damage than the other. Everybody is guilty for the messes created.
