**From NY...in WA state...where are the lowest proprety taxes in upstate NY? Any Veterans exemptions?

I don't see where the state of NY gives any real substantial property tax breaks for disabled vets to be honest. Like somewhere like Oklahoma gives P and T disabled Vets 100 percent property tax breaks, NYS gives nothing even close to that.

There is a Veterans exemption and there are 3 types: Veterans' exemption
