Stewart Airport would be the closest. It's in Newburgh, NY. SWF is their airport code.

Rhinebeck is about half-way between JFK (New York City) and Albany. I doubt there is a flight from Hong Kong (if that's what you mean by 'hk') to Albany, so JFK is the most likely airport you'd fly to. Best thing to do would be rent a car and make the 2 hour drive up to Rhinebeck.
