Either way even if she knowingly took the Ambien it is well known that she (or anyone for that matter) could have done what she did. It is well known about the track record of this medication. Many, many people have done the same thing she has done. This was not her fault, but the fault of the medication. When used properly this medication is a life saver for many people. I myself have been on this medication on & off for many years. It is wonderful & when I do take it I make sure (and anyone on my home) that I go to sleep & stay asleep. Have no access to any keys to take a drive.

NYS wasted tax dollars by trying this case. Surely they knew the track record of this drug as well. Makes one wonder how competent they really are.

It was no way the jury was going to find her guilty in this case. It was pretty an open-and-shut case from the start and a waste of time. I had absolutely no doubt of the outcome.
