Man....I wonder if the developer was honest about the statement of everyone being on board or if that was an assumption? It appears that the board wants the development, but not in its current form.

Yep, that's the feeling I got as well. Ithacans can be a fickle lot.
Well this is welcome news. Of course it's not set in stone, but at least it's a positive sign for a new tallest in downtown Ithaca. From the Ithaca Voice:

I think it has to do with the change to a more higher education based economy with the aspect of innovation included within the last 3 few decades or so.
