Default Kiras Joel Pipeline Orange County

Hi everyone. My husband and I are looking into moving to Highland Mills/Central Valley. Recently, I read an article about the Kiras Joel pipeline proposal and how it will lead to the expansion of their community into neighboring towns/villages. Does anyone know what exactly the deal is with this? Is it a bad idea to move to either Highland Mills or Central Valley because of this? Please advise, I am looking for a middle class community. I don't mind diversity, but I want to feel comfortable wherever I live. Thanks.

I'm in Central Valley and as far as I know they squashed that idea completely. You shouldn't have anything to worry about. Central Valley is a charming, lovely place to live, especially my neighborhood. If you're interested in purchasing older, stately homes, let me know. My neighborhood is the best.
