Question Condos/townhouses in Pearl River NY area
Hello all new member, exellent site!!!!!

Im looking to move into the pearl river area with my GF and am looking for a condo/townhouse. can anyone recommend any associations?? what are typical prices and maintenace fees in the area for a large one bedroom/two bedroom. thanks all

There really are no condos or townhouses in Pearl River. In fact, I can't think of any. The closest would probably be in Nanuet or Montvale (the latter being in New Jersey).

what is the price disparity between living in montvale, nj compared to nanuet, ny? is there a big difference in price as well as taxes and maintenace fees? thanks.
