Default Orisikany NY Next Great Village
After falling in love with this quaint Upstate village, I invested in a small 2-family property on the Main Street. These buildings were constructed in 1897 and exude history. Seems as though a lack of multi unit apartments has caused an apartment chrunch in the this area located betweed Utica and Rome. Up the hill you will see construction of $250k+ homes.
What's going on here. Is this the investors best keep secret? Maybe we should it it that way !!!
