Hi everyone, we are looking to purchase a home in Beekman and have specifically been looking in Poughquag. We are looking within the Dalton Farm community and outside of Dalton Farm. For those of you who live there...within or outside Dalton Farm, please tell me the good bad and ugly. We are a large family, with 5 kids. Is Dalton farm friendly? My only reservation is about being so close to the neighbors. We are courteous and not obnoxious at all, but with 5 kids will I have to worry all the time about hushing them? Does noise easily carry from one house to another? How friendly is the HOA board? And are there other family friendly neighborhoods you would recommend?
