MTA topics, I would think, belong in the New York City Forum.

Fine...i put it in the NYc forum.... Kind of a state issue , dont you think. MTA is a STATE agency. There are at least 6 counties outside NYC that have to pay the illegal MTA tax. Tax is paid by those that are self employed and reside and work in the 6 outside counties. And only people that live in the 5 boros use the MTA tunnel and bridges, right ?

So ill ignore your swarmy response instead of discussing this major issue that affects all of NY State and discuss it there.

I also agree that one would probably get more replies on the NYC forum as it effects more residents of NYC that other NY State residents.

In general I think most people are probably not happy about the fare/toll increases.
