Feeling of safety assessment, East-Coast edition, by me (10 being most safe, 1 being North Korea)

Syracuse: 4
Buffalo: 4
Rochester: 5
Albany: 6
Binghamton: 5
Newburgh: 2
NYC: 6

Philadelphia: Center city: 6
Philadelphia: West and North: 3
Camden: 2
Atlanta: 4
Raleigh: 8
Charlotte: 6
Pittsburgh: 6
Baltimore: 3

Not based on any statistics, just how I felt there. Take it as you wish

Kind of silly. The nicest areas of Syracuse could be a 10, and the worst areas of Raleigh could be a 1. Nobody looks at a city as a whole.
