In terms of a high income area, this may be the best bet: Census Block Group 014700-3 in Onondaga County, New York (Bradford Heights area of DeWitt, includes Maplewood Gardens Apartments, but some SFH blocks that would fit as well and may be due to close proximity to Syracuse University)

It is a district that is known for its good sports programs(especially Basketbal(Girls and Boys) and Lacrosse), as well as its Jewish population. It also has been a district where much or a good portion of the middle class Black population in the area has lived for decades, but has also had some economic diversity due to some apartments. It also has visible Asian and Middle Eastern/Arab populations and many residents have an affiliation with the nearby colleges/universities and hospitals/medical facilities due to its location east/SE of Syracuse. It is also a district that is highly regarded by various state and national publications.

Zip code 12209 in Albany is second in this regard(in the high 20's in terms of percentage) and 12204 in north Albany/Menands appears to be 3rd(about low to high 20's in terms of percentage).
