Default whitney Point
I was looking to move then put it off...family reasons....my boyfriend wants to move to the Whitney Point area...but I hear the Binghamton area is depressing....what is your opinion on this area...I have never been there so I don't know that particular town....
Also..it looks like there is a river nearby does the area flood?
