I am looking for information on Cherry Valley New York. There is a farm liquidation sale at the Cherry Valley Ridge area with several parcels available for purchase. Some have rivers/streams running through them. Looking primarily for investment purposes at this time. I would appreciate any information you may have on the town, real estate trends, or petential appreciation in the area with its proximity to Cooperstown.
