Looking for real estate values on Lake Nancy in Town of Providence,Saratoga County, NY. Have a chance to buy a small unused camp on Lake from private owner but don't know property values.

Smile Lake Nancy values
I would not hold back on purchasing property on the lake but value is more dependent on the lot than the house as many people are upgrading as soon as they purchase. What piece are you looking at and Lake Nancy Rd or Crooked Trail side. We have been on the lake for 6 years and values are on the rise.
