No, it’s not, but it’s the best one. You can get the whole package with Frontier (phone company), but their internet is way too slow, we’ve tried but quickly switched back to Time Warner. You can get power outage every now and then, but luckily it doesn’t happen quit often. I called Optimum about TV but once I mentioned that the place we live is pretty woodsy they said (no kidding!) the best service from they we would get during the winter time. So far, we have Time Warner for cable and Internet, can’t say we are loving it, but it’s better then anything else available in this area.
