Exclamation Dutchess County Rail Trail
Hey all, I'm writing an article about the construction of the Dutchess County Rail Trail -- is anyone here involved with the committee?

I could also really use the opinions of anyone who just has personal insight on what it will do for Poughkeepsie and surrounding areas. does anyone think it could hurt?
