Default Townhouses in the Binghamton Area
Hey guys,

My boyfriend and I are moving from NC to NY by the end of the month for positions at Lockheed Martin. We are looking for townhouses around the area and aren't having much luck find some to look at online. Does anyone have any recommendations on apartments or where to look for apartments in the area?

I know of two. Both in Endwell. There is a development near Park Manor off of Hooper Road (see a real estate site for possible listings) and a new development going up on the former golf course once part of the IBM Country Club now called "Traditions at the glen" (or so I think). Don't know if you are seeking to rent or buy. These are "to buy".

we are looking to rent.

Everything we are seeing is to buy but we aren't are 100% sure we will even like living in the North so we are looking to rent.
