Does anybody know anything about this area in Orange County?I see they have allot of cheap places to live,any comment,thanks.

It's a beautiful, rural area. Even though it's not very developed as far as commercial properties go, it's just a short ride to the shopping areas along Route 17M in Middletown. Also, it is very accessible to I-84.

Great area w/ views, rolling farmland, and easy commuter access to 84 and 17. Essential a border of the City of Middletown but mostly served by the much requested Minisink schools. Much more affordable then Goshen or Warwick but in easy reach of these charming towns. Main Shopping at exit 120 from 17...Galleria, Home Depot etc, fast food alternatives as well as upscale restaurants. Just minutes to the Jersey and Pa borders, Delaware[river] water gap, skiing.......... the best of country living with easy access to suburban amenities. 1 hr 15 to 30 to midtown...depending on location
