Can you still buy a new colonial in monroe/woodbury schools for less than 600k anymore???? LOL..I am being serious.

Dh commutes to the GWB area everyday and our first choice is rockland..but we would consider orange county..but NO further North than Harriman/woodbury.

We are probably the minority...but we like developments, and near all major shopping. I grew up that way, and I love the community feel..so I want to the same for our kids.

I have heard that Brigadoon is a great development..but I cant find out any information.

What are the better schools out there...I just keep hearing monroe schools monroe schools...

Any others?

Warwick might be what you are looking for. Not really familiar with their prices but think the school district is OK
