Hi Nessie: Thanks for replying. We did look at Wildflowers but were not aware of any railroad tracks.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

We know the HOA includes snow removal, lawn maintenance, et al.

Still haven't sold our house but if and when we do (we hope real soon) we would have to find some place to live until the house was finished in Wildflowers so we are checking info about that to. Anything you can tell us or advise us would be greatly appreciated. we wanted an over 55 community..that is why we chose Wildflowers.

There are many great places to live within 20 minutes of Middletown, I'm in the Hamlet of Wallkill, town of Shawangunk. Small town 2 banks, 2 gas stations incredible hiking 20 minutes the opp. direction of Middletown friendly people. I wouldn't want to live in Middletown, but it's where I do all my shopping. They have a great Salvation army. Walmart and Sams Club.
