Dutchess - Fishkill area (East Fishkill: new home, neighborhoods, school)

We're thinking of moving to the Fishkill area.

Can anyone who lives there shed some light on the community?

How is the shopping?
The school system?
The neighborhoods?
The community?
What is there to do up there?
How is the dining?
What's nearby?

There is a nice WCI community up there - called Four Corners: Four Corners - New Homes East Fishkill NY. I am not sure if they finished building, but the plan was very impressive.
Don't know much else about Fishkill, sorry....
