Census Block Group 009500-1 in the Corn Hill neighborhood just SW of Downtown Rochester has a median household income of $41,480 and is 21.9% Black.


Census Block Group 009500-2 also in the Corn Hill neighborhood has a median household income of $51,134 and is 47.1% Black(largest percentage in the block group).

Census Block Group 041800-5 in the SW Quarter of Auburn just west of South St./south of Fitch/east of Garrow and north of Clymer, which has the Booker T. Washington Community Center, has a median household income of $49,068 and is 18.3% Black.


Census Block Group 051800-1 in Geneva just north of Downtown(east of North Main/south of North Street/north of Lewis St and west of the railroad tracks) has a median household income of $44,013 and is 15.2% Black.


Census Block Group 020900-4, which covers the village of Sodus in Wayne County has a median household income of $42,576 and is 15.7% Black.


Census Block Group 013101-3 just south of Monroe Community College in Henrietta(Rush-Henrietta Schools) has a median household income of $55,156 and is 16.4% Black.

Census Block Group 006000-2 also in Syracuse's South Valley neighborhood(in between Onondaga Creek and the western border/south of Seneca Turnpike except for an area north of Chaffee/east of Hopper and west of academy green/Valley Drive) median household income: $70,729 and 15.9% Black.


Census Block Group 004500-5 in Buffalo's Central Park neighborhood (south of Hertel/east of Starin/west of Beard and north of Woodbridge) median household income: $77,575 and 15% Black.

This health center was started in the late 70's by a dentist, that just retired from working at the facility a couple of years ago: Syracuse Community Health Center

More: Census Block Group 004500-4 is just south of the last census block above in Buffalo's Central Park neighborhood(bounded/straddling by Main Street to the west/Woodbridge to the north/Starin to the west and Amherst Street to the south) median household income: $106,111 and it is 15.4% Black.


Census Block Group 004500-6 also adjacent to the last block group above, but to the north in Buffalo(just north of Hertel/west of Shoshone Playground/east of Starin and south of Tacoma and North Drive) median household income: $60,625 and it is 17.8% Black.


Census Block Group 004601-1 just south of Kenmore Ave in Buffalo(also west of Montrose/east of North Parker and north of Englewood and Brinton) median household income $45,897 and it is 15.2% Black.


Census Block Group 004601-3 to the east of the previously mentioned block group and west of/across Main street from the University of Buffalo's South Campus has a median household income of $73,438 and it is 14.3% Black.
