Ithaca City SD has a 94% graduation rate according to I believe 2013-2014 NYSED School Report Card info. It was in the high 70's in terms of percentage before he got there.

Here is a sports documentary about Albany's Green Tech Charter HS's state NYSPHSAA Class AA(highest classification) Basketball championship from 2013-2014:

Green Tech Charter had a graduation rate of 86% according to the most recent NYSED School Report Card(2014-2015). It is all male and is 97% Black according to the same source.

This school superintendent is actually leaving: Syracuse school board still reeling from Superintendent Sharon Contreras' departure | syracuse.com

Contreras, who is of African American and Hispanic descent is actually a native of Uniondale on Long Island.
