Another zip code that hasn't been discussed much at the lower end of the middle class range is this one that covers parts of NE Rochester and SE Irondequoit: 14609 Zip Code - USA.com™
According to American FactFinder 2013-2017 information the overall median household income was $42,012(poverty rate is 23.1% though) and it is 34.9% Black(38.7% inc in combo). Some areas of that zip where you will find a middle presence with a visible/substantial population: Census Tract 011000 in Monroe County, New York
