Census Block Group 004500-5 in Buffalo's Central Park neighborhood (south of Hertel/east of Starin/west of Beard and north of Woodbridge) median household income: $77,575 and 15% Black.

This health center was started in the late 70's by a dentist, that just retired from working at the facility a couple of years ago: Syracuse Community Health Center

More: Census Block Group 004500-4 is just south of the last census block above in Buffalo's Central Park neighborhood(bounded/straddling by Main Street to the west/Woodbridge to the north/Starin to the west and Amherst Street to the south) median household income: $106,111 and it is 15.4% Black.


Census Block Group 004500-6 also adjacent to the last block group above, but to the north in Buffalo(just north of Hertel/west of Shoshone Playground/east of Starin and south of Tacoma and North Drive) median household income: $60,625 and it is 17.8% Black.


Census Block Group 004601-1 just south of Kenmore Ave in Buffalo(also west of Montrose/east of North Parker and north of Englewood and Brinton) median household income $45,897 and it is 15.2% Black.


Census Block Group 004601-3 to the east of the previously mentioned block group and west of/across Main street from the University of Buffalo's South Campus has a median household income of $73,438 and it is 14.3% Black.
