Census Block Group 001700-2 primarily in Albany's Pine Hills neighborhood(in parts of the New Scotland neighborhood)(south of Myrtle Ave/west of South Main St./east of South Pine and north or inside of Cortland St., South Allen, Teunis Ave., West Lawrence and Fairview) median household income: $85,559 and it is 11.6% Black.

Census Block Group 001902-3 in Albany's Whitehall neighborhood(north of the Thruway/I-90/east of Stanford Court/south of Whitehall Road and west of McDonald Rd. and Simpson Ave.) median household income: $76,520 and it is 12.4% Black.

Census Block Group 001801-3 in the Buckingham Lake and Whitehall neighborhoods of Albany(north of Whitehall Rd/south of New Scotland Ave./west or inside of South Manning, South Main and Hackett Boulevard and east or inside of Hopewell St., Harding St. and Hurst Ave.) median household income: $65,370 and it is 11.7% Black.

More later........
Census Block Group 000403-1 in the Upper Washington neighborhood of Albany(south of Central Ave./west of King Ave. and McKinley St./north of Washington Ave. and east of Colvin Ave.) median household income: $50,580 and it is 10.3% Black.

Census Block Group 000403-4 east of the UAlbany campus(inc. the western portion of the Melrose neighborhood)(east of UAlbany/south of Washington Ave./north of Western Ave. and west of Clermont St.) median household income: $54,044 and it is 10.1% Black.

I believe that concludes the number of census block groups that are at least 10% Black and are within the range of "middle class"(lower to upper), with some exceptions that are skewed by facilities/institutions. There are also quite a few census block groups that are either within that middle class range, but are under 10%(but may still have enough Black residents to know though) or are over 10%, but just miss being within the middle class range given a few pages back. There may have been some others that could have been overlooked or could have still been added as well. Again, all median household income information is 2010-2014 US census information and the percentages are from the 2010 census.
