Unhappy How's the real estate market in Warwick?
Hello! What real estate doing in Warwick? Are homes flying off the market or just sitting for months and months? Out here in Los Angeles the market is horrible. Just wanted some feedback.

Well, I am in Orange county 20 min from warwick and my home has had 14 showings and no offers yet. Only been on 1.5 weeks but it doesnt appear buyers are grabbing things to quickly.

It has slowed and prices have dropped a bit. This is par for the course in wintertime, especially in the North East where people just are not in the mood to move during the cold months.

Realtors I know have predicted for things around here to pick up a little bit this coming summer. Hope you get some offers soon U2!
