Question North East Jersey OR NYC

I was born and raised in Hackensack, NJ.. VERY racial mixed and close to NYC.

Still live in Hackensack, (only 16) but i know how people compare NYC to NE-Jersey...
I know both area's have dangerous areas like NY with BK, HARLEM, BX
and NE-Jersey Newark, Irvington, Jersey City and more

But what do you guys think is better, i know sayin this on a NY thread, i already know the answer.. but THINK of the Advantages of each.

NE-NJ- Not as much traffic, Close to NYC, Not as bad hassle in the airports, Good shopping, Better housing prices.

Both- Culturally Mixed, has High really crimed areas

NYC- Your already in the city, Has more to do, better schools
