Not sure where you are from but you found the right person... i lived right in the one street town of callicoon center and i loved it. Roscoe is cool too ... big trout town... i love love this area its totally a where everbody knows your name communitythat is callicoon center. i moved from staten island in 98 to the sullivan county and will never regret it. If your still a city hybrid looking for cows , farmers markets, and starry nights yep this is it.. if you visit the area go to the Scullions cabin its the only bar there up the hill..GREAT PUB they will beable to give you whatever information you need on moving to this area oh yeah and the village market which is owned by ella and cima also owners of the cutest inn in the town THE HILLS RESORT look it up on the web its also right in town, anyways the folks at the market will beable to give you info too... Good luck on your search youll truely love this down to earth community.not sure if you were informed but we are also right by the bethel woods origional woodstock site
