Default Most underrated city in NY state.......
I was just wondering, what city does everyone think is the most underrated in terms of NY state? What I mean is that it is a city with a lot to offer, but never really gets a lot of publicity or recognition. If you someone has a place to name, tells us what this place has to offer and why it might be underrated in your opinion.
